Portfolio Manager

Sam co-founded ARK in 2011 and is the portfolio manager for the Emerging Companies Portfolio Service. As ARK's portfolio manager, Sam employs a principled approach to value investing with a strong focus on risk management. Sam's background spans computer science research, legal practise and financial services. His scientific, legal, and financial training and experience give him a solid analytical framework for security research and portfolio management. Sam has honours degrees in science and law from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
