Overview
We offer our Emerging Companies Portfolio Service as a managed discretionary account to eligible wholesale investors who appoint us to invest their funds in ASX-listed securities. We can invest across all ASX-listed securities but have historically focused on small- and mid-cap companies because of the enhanced opportunity set in this sector of the market.
Our managed discretionary account structure has certain benefits over collective investment vehicles, including:
- Direct ownership of underlying assets
- Tax flexibility
- No commingling of client assets
- Ability to distribute or receive in-specie assets
- Increased transparency
Clients receive regular reporting, and our performance is benchmarked against the S&P ASX
Small Industrial Total Return Index, which we seek to outperform over a rolling 3-year period.
